This golf tournament is our annual fundraiser in support of our golf program and college scholarship fund. The tournament has been so well received by the Baywood golf community that it has essentially become the kick off event for the golf tournament season at Baywood Golf Club, our "home course".  Thanks to everyone's support, both moral and financial, the Cape Fear High School men's golf team has achieved unprecedented success.  This past fall the Women's team finished 2nd in the Mid South Conference for the third consecutive year.

The net proceeds raised through this event will be used to fund the golf team's expenses for the 2013 season. Expenses include uniforms and equipment, instructional aids, green fees for practice rounds, travel expenses, and comsumables (bottle water, snacks, etc). Additionally, and equally important, it funds our college scholarship program for gold scholars, an unprecedented initiative in Cape Fear High School sports.
